The Classic Heavy from Defiance Machine. combines many of their finest features into a standardized durable action. Thanks to a streamlined production process and utilization of overflow materials, the Defiance Classic action comes in at a price point that cannot be beat at this level of quality. Made to the same specs as the standard Classic, the Classic Heavy features a Tactical bolt knob and standard bolt flutes.

  • Bolt made of pre-hardened aircraft-certified 4340 chrome moly with recessed bolt lugs, utilizing a mini-16 extractor and plunger ejector
  • Receiver barrel threads are 1.0625” X 16 T.P.I. (Rem. 700 thread dia. and pitch)
  • Includes 20 MOA Mil Spec 1913 (Picatinny) scope mount, custom made from 7075 aluminium, 8-40 screws, and 1/8” hardened recoil pins (1.6 oz.)
  • Includes pinned .253” recoil lug made of hardened 416 Stainless (1.2oz)
  • Action features guaranteed headspace.
