Use

RS40 was derived directly from our successful, military-grade 5.56 mm propellant powders. Accordingly, the powder is suitable for .222 Rem. and .223 Rem. In addition, the RS40 also harmonizes with medium-strength cartridges such as the .308 Win. excellent in combination with light bullets.

Powder Type

The RS40 is an extruded 1-hole nitrocellulose-based propellant powder that is specially designed for high performance in a unique nitroglycerin impregnation process.

Safety life

The propellant powder can be safely used for up to 10 years if stored appropriately.
